SCOPE OF THE T&Cs

The purpose of the GCS is to precisely define the rights and obligations of each of the two parties in the context of online sales; one being “the seller” 3 Petits Piats; the other the buyer, “the customer” who places an order.

Any order of a product from the online store of the site www.3petitspiats.com supposes consultation and acceptance of all of these general conditions of sale. Also, any buyer on the site is deemed to have read and accepted these general conditions of sale before validating their order.
These same GCS can be modified over time by the company 3 Petits Piats. However, at the time of an order, it is indeed the applicable contractual conditions in force which will take the place and faith of reference.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

3 Petits Piats offers the sale of books and other fabric items, created and handcrafted in my workshop in CROZET in Ain (01) by the only designer Karine.
 

3 Petits Piats is committed to an eco-citizen approach and a large part of the fabrics come from sampling catalogs, thus allowing them to be used for a second time. Card holders reuse CDs or pallet separators, thus adding value to products that have already been produced. Shipping boxes are recovery boxes.

As a result, each item is in other words "unique", although representative of the brand. Also, an article of the same category may present more or less significant variations in shape, size, shades of color due to differences in bath, material, etc... the overall appearance of the product being in no way modified in accordance with the product description. The photographs are as faithful as possible to the product but are not contractual.
Each product will have a page dedicated to it with the most complete description possible and will be accompanied by at least one photo, maintenance conditions, materials used; the product sheet will highlight the unit price including all taxes.

The items offered are within the limits of available stocks.
The products offered online may be purchased only after having read and accepted these T&Cs.

Despite a concern to produce the most faithful photos of the products, the fact remains that there may be a slight difference in color due in particular to the definition of computer screens.
